I'm sure this isn't a Wordpress specific issue, but I'm seeing it because the Wordpress RSS timeout is 10000 MS.
I have 4 feeds that are getting pulled from Google Calendar into PHPicalendar and then Wordpress parses the RSS feed. Obviously, this is a bit time consuming, but I was hoping there is a way to speed it up.
If I turn on caching of calendars, it works fine, but they also don't update correctly for new/changed events.
Any ideas?

You can try changing the 'webcal_hours' config variable to 1 or 0 (default is 24). In version 2.4, using 0 will probably work well for you.

Wow, wish it didn't take me this long to get back to this.
I put that in my config, but it didn't seem to work. Do I add that to the RSS?
